Key Responsibilities

This senior management role offers the chance to lead and contribute to a growing team and organization committed to the Water, Wastewater, and Engineering sectors.

The ideal candidate will be a driven professional with extensive experience overseeing the complete project lifecycle of Wastewater initiatives in the United States.

The successful individual will be responsible for fostering the growth of the practice, guiding project managers, and ensuring the successful delivery of both ongoing and future projects, including management of project budgets, scopes, and timelines.

  • As the Senior Project Manager/Practice Lead, you will manage the entire project lifecycle of leading Wastewater initiatives, from initial business development and marketing through design, planning, and construction phases.
  • Actively seek and secure business development opportunities within the Florida Wastewater market.
  • Mentor and develop multi-disciplinary teams, facilitating career growth and advancement.
  • Oversee the technical execution of multiple projects, utilizing your expertise with local and state regulators while collaborating closely with external stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the standards expected by both internal and external clients, taking responsibility for implementing plans that guarantee successful delivery.
  • Manage workforce planning to support the ongoing growth and staffing needs of the practice, engaging with internal teams to maintain adequate staffing levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
  • P.E. Certification.
  • Proven experience in the complete project lifecycle of Wastewater projects in the USA, encompassing planning, design, and construction.
  • Significant experience with Wastewater Systems, Infrastructure, Treatment Processes, and Collection Systems.
  • Ability to leverage industry contacts for successful business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the local Florida market, including knowledge of local and state authorities and municipalities.
