Job Overview

Frida, a renowned brand dedicated to simplifying parenthood, is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis. This role will play a vital part in our Center Office team, focusing on various talent acquisition functions throughout the entire candidate lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather all necessary materials to launch a search, including interview panels, job descriptions, interview competencies, and more.
  • Assist the recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine their qualifications and interest level.
  • Source and screen qualified resumes and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Schedule interviews and guide candidates through the process, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Coordinate recruiting travel and logistics as needed for onsite interviews and host these events efficiently.
  • Draft offer letters and conduct references for final candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Track referral candidates throughout the process, maintaining accurate records and communication.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers, serving as the primary point of contact for both parties.
  • Complete reporting for the TA function on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, providing valuable insights and data.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, with a proven track record of success.
  • 1+ years of previous experience qualifying, screening, and sourcing candidates in corporate or agency settings.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of TA & HR processes and best practices, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in ATS and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in an open office design, maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing tasks according to business needs.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment and occasional in-office requirements.
  • This contract role is estimated to last 3-4 months, with immediate start dates available.
