Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resource Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of water/wastewater engineering, including treatment process design, hydraulic engineering, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop water and wastewater treatment processes, including conceptual and feasibility evaluations, design reports, and contract documents.
  • Plan and design pump stations, collections systems, and distribution systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in water and wastewater engineering.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in Indiana or Kentucky (or ability to obtain reciprocity).
  • Experience with treatment plant modeling software, such as GPS-X and Visual Hydraulics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range, commensurate with expertise, ability, and years of experience with P.E. licensure, plus annual performance bonuses and additional incentive pay for excess hours worked.
