We are a leading engineering firm seeking talented professionals to join our team in Huntingburg, Indiana. Our company specializes in water/wastewater engineering and related services.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Water Resource Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of water/wastewater treatment process design, including conceptual and feasibility evaluations, preparation of design reports, development of contract documents, bidding assistance, and support of construction engineering services.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop water/wastewater treatment processes, including conceptual and feasibility evaluations
- Prepare design reports, contract documents, and provide bidding assistance
- Support construction engineering services, including project management and coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in the state of Indiana or Kentucky (or ability to obtain reciprocity)
- Experience with treatment plant modeling software, such as GPS-X and Visual Hydraulics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a competitive salary range, commensurate with expertise, ability, and years of experience with P.E. licensure. Additionally, we offer annual performance bonuses and additional incentive pay for excess hours worked.
Salary ranges:
- P.E. licensure < 5 years: $90,000 to $110,000
- P.E. licensure 5-10 years: $110,000 to $120,000
- P.E. licensure 10-15 years: $120,000 to $130,000
- P.E. licensure 15-20 years: $130,000 to $150,000
- P.E. licensure 20+ years: $150,000 to $180,000
