Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production teams and projects in accordance with company standards.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and organize team efforts.

  • Provide clear pretesting, service scoping, and job estimation.

Essential Duties:

  • Supervise customer interaction processes and address client needs.
  • Track and follow up on all assigned projects to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep management informed on project status as necessary.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Promptly resolve issues as they arise.
  • Assist with project tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate project scheduling, resources, and teams in line with company protocols.
  • Manage project documentation, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Train, supervise, and recruit project personnel.
  • Create and review project scopes for accuracy.
  • Ensure all project documentation is ready for efficient execution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and restoration is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • IICRC certifications are beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as necessary.
  • Ability to pass a background check in compliance with legal standards.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Exposure to various chemicals.
  • Extended periods of walking, standing, driving, sitting, and climbing.
  • Aptitude for working at heights, including climbing ladders and accessing ceilings.
  • Capability to work in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces.
  • Frequent handling, pushing, pulling, and carrying of objects.
