About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Adventist Health Sierra Vista. As a member of our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities include maintaining competencies required for each unit, supervising and delegating care responsibilities to ancillary personnel, and prioritizing tasks and working independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have 1 year ICU or Step-Down/Progressive Care, High Risk Labor and Delivery or ER experience in the last 5 years and hold a current CA RN License and required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.

In addition to a competitive salary, ranging from $95,417 - $114,451 annually, based on experience, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off, and more. To ensure a safe working environment, the position requires flu vaccination and other vaccinations/testing.
