Adventist Health Sierra Vista is a 162-bed acute care facility located in beautiful San Luis Obispo, California. Our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and county-designated trauma center provide comprehensive care for infants, children, adults, and seniors.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Current California RN license (required)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia Course completion with passing score (required)
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required)
- Minimum 6 months experience in medical surgical nursing in the last 2 years (preferred)
- 1 year experience in pre- and post-op diagnostic cath lab (preferred)
Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts
Salary:** $85,000 - $115,000 per year (estimated)
