DIRECTOR OF MEDICALLY FRAGILE HOME
An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse (BSN preferred) to take on a leadership role at Mid-Step Services, overseeing nursing operations for individuals with complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate nursing services within the facility.
- Conduct staff training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Utilize strong assessment and diagnostic skills to ensure high-quality care.
