Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing insurance solutions, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage
  • Present insurance proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up on policy renewals
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
  • Obtain necessary insurance licenses to comply with state regulations

  • Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Requirements:

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
