Your Role:

In this capacity, you will implement and sustain organizational initiatives that align with corporate objectives. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will assess contracts and oversee project financials. Your tactical planning will leverage tools such as MS Project, alongside regular interactions with subject matter experts, schedulers, clients, and project analysts.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in program analysis or management.
  • Proficient in creating white papers, business case analyses, and presentations to support management operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing management oversight.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exhibit adaptability and resilience in dynamic settings.
  • Possess a Secret clearance.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) programs and projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data analysis, visualization, and modeling.
  • Experience in supporting cost and financial estimations.
  • Adept at analyzing and interpreting complex data.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Our recognition awards program acknowledges employees for exceptional performance and adherence to our values. Full-time and part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible for these benefits. Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, experience, and contract-specific requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually.

Work Model:

Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remotely. If this position is remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site. If onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as required.
