About the Role
This full-time position requires a strong work ethic and ambition to move up within our company. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for developing your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales, production, and administrative management. You will also have the opportunity to work in various roles, including outside sales, production/warehouse management, office management, or service management.
Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
* Have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months
You must also meet the Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. This includes having an active driver's license, being at least 21 years old, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation regarding your previous employment.
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates who have co-op or internship experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role. A business or otherwise related academic major is also preferred. Additionally, we value candidates who have a leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities. Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program is also desirable.
