About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician I Winding I D Shift to join our team at Panasonic Energy of North America (PENA). As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain production equipment, including winding machines and other machinery.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards in the production process.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in a maintenance or technical role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, ability to work at heights, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
