- Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain production equipment, including winding machines and other machinery.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards in the production process.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in a maintenance or technical role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, ability to work at heights, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
