Job Summary

Harsco Environmental is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyor systems.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Performing equipment installations and upgrades as needed to support production goals.
  • Verifying the accuracy and condition of received warehouse goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and procedures.
  • Conducting regular safety inspections to uphold a safe working environment and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or apprenticeship training in millwrighting is advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a Millwright in an industrial setting, preferably within the steel manufacturing industry.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain relevant certifications as required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces as necessary.
