We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Systems Engineer to join our Radar Integration Team in Melbourne, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-fidelity radar system performance models, complex algorithms, and command & control models.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics systems performance analysis, test or integration, and experience with MATLAB, C/C++, Python, or related languages. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of mathematical algorithms for mode/sensor implementation
- Develops software to model behavior of systems in real-time and constructive simulations of sensors and other platforms.
- Solicit input from various stakeholders, synthesize data, and communicate results to various levels of leadership within the organization.
- Technical team leadership participating in technical peer reviews throughout the product lifecycle of design, development, integration and test, flight test requirements verification, and sustainment.
- Perform mission engineering activities to ensure continuity between desired operational capabilities and delivered system performance, through the Systems Engineering \
