Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team at Federales in Denver. As a Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing our guest experience and assisting in day-to-day operations. This includes ensuring exceptional guest service, building and driving restaurant sales, interviewing and hiring employees, and developing team members.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the General Manager to assess and develop procedures, policies, and standards that meet the operational goals based on weekly, daily, and quarterly business performance reviews.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and apply best practices to areas in need of improvement.
  • Understand and maintain local and government regulations.
  • Assist with onboarding new and prospective hires and adhere to company policies while providing support to the team.
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism.
  • Flexible scheduling with the ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours as business needs require.
Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years of managing high-volume Food and Beverage or multi-unit operations in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency with various computer applications.
  • Strong organizational traits, including excellent time management skills, hands-on leadership skills, and the ability to manage others effectively.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong business aptitude and a focus on results and guest satisfaction.
  • A team player with effective communication and the ability to build relationships.
  • Understand local and government-regulated food safety, risk prevention, fire prevention, and emergency procedures to ensure the safety of all staff and guests.
  • Forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate the needs of guests, staff, and the overall vision of the company.
