Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in network monitoring tools, network analysis, and telecommunications and fiber troubleshooting techniques to maintain network performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, for collaborating with telecommunications and fiber IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Certification: Certification in network management, telecommunications, or related areas specific to the telecommunications and fiber industry is desirable.
