- Leadership Skills: Leadership skills, team management experience, and the ability to lead telecommunications and fiber network teams effectively.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in network monitoring tools, network analysis, and telecommunications and fiber troubleshooting techniques to maintain network performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, for collaborating with telecommunications and fiber IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Certification: Certification in network management, telecommunications, or related areas specific to the telecommunications and fiber industry is desirable.
