Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team at Stone Post Landscapes as a Landscape Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining lawns, flower beds, and other outdoor spaces through mowing, trimming, and edging
  • Weeding and mulching flower beds to ensure a healthy and visually appealing environment
  • Pruning shrubs and trees to promote growth and maintain shape
  • Maintaining irrigation systems to ensure efficient water use
  • Removing leaves and debris to keep properties clean and safe

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with landscape installations, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, laying sod, and building retaining walls and other landscape features
  • Operating and maintaining landscape equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Ensuring job sites are clean and safe, and providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to operate landscape equipment and maintain a safe working environment
  • Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
