About the Role

As a key member of our team, the Account Manager, Commercial Vehicles OEM will be responsible for driving business growth and development with our target customers in the commercial vehicle OEM market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion with target customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEM customers, including Volvo, Navistar International, and Tesla.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage sales plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the commercial vehicle OEM market.
  • Engineering or technical background.
  • Experience selling air spring systems.
