Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fitness Professional to join our team as a Flexologist. As a Flexologist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes to clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their flexibility goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive membership growth and retention
  • Manage client care by delivering exceptional stretching experiences, updating client notes, and booking recurring appointments
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to company policies and safety rules
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Handle client concerns and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
  • Maintain a strong online presence to promote our services and engage with clients
  • Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use

Requirements

  • Passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Experience working in a fitness environment where you provide hands-on training to clients
  • Fitness certification required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
  • Availability to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training

Compensation and Benefits

As a Flexologist, you can expect to earn $22-$25 per hour for stretching services, with opportunities to earn extra hours supporting the studio at $10 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
