Job Overview

We're seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a bilingual candidate, you may be eligible for additional starting pay.

This role involves creating meaningful connections with every customer, using personalized sales expertise to meet sales targets and earn commission.

You'll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, leveraging AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services.

Filling online orders, making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, and participating in events within the community are key responsibilities.

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.

The estimated salary range for this role is $19.13 - $21.91 per hour, plus uncapped commission opportunities. With experience, earnings can reach up to $62,460 per year.
