Key Responsibilities

As a Plant Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating and maintaining high-speed converting and packing equipment
  • Controlling the production process from a computer terminal
  • Performing preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with a background in electrical or mechanical maintenance, but it's not required. If you have experience working with automated equipment and have a strong understanding of production processes, you'll be a great fit for this role.
