Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert II to provide expert advice and recommendations for programs, contracts, and/or topics relevant to their area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Program Advisory: Provide subject matter expertise for specific contracts and programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Attend meetings and provide input associated with their area of expertise, contributing to the development of strategic plans and initiatives.
- Document Development: Participate in writing and formulating documents, evaluations, and recommendations, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Interagency Liaison: Serve as an interagency liaison in their area of expertise, fostering collaboration and communication with stakeholders.
- Training and Development: May serve as a lead instructor for classes associated with their area of expertise, providing training and development opportunities for colleagues.
- Education: Master of Arts or Science (MA/MS) degree in an associated discipline.
- Experience: At least fifteen (15) years of progressively advancing career experience, with fifteen (15) years of experience in their area of expertise.
- Skills and Abilities: Solid interpersonal skills, attention to detail, excellent writing and communications skills, and the ability to advise on organizational performance and strategic planning.
The physical demands of this position include sitting, answering the phone, typing on a keyboard, moving files, and other office-related tasks.
Work EnvironmentThis position is based in an office environment, with no travel requirements.
