About the Role

Citizens is seeking a Private Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Cumberland, RI. As a key member of our Private Client Group, you will be responsible for acquiring, broadening, deepening, and retaining affluent and high-net-worth relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage clients in deep discovery conversations to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement tailored financial plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and analyze client financial plans.
  • Introduce clients to a range of banking, lending, and investment solutions to help them manage their wealth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
  • Demonstrated success in a client-centric, proactive sales environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
