Job Title: IT Project Manager

Graton Resort & Casino is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT PMO, you will be responsible for managing individual projects and vendors that assist with project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full life-cycle for technical operations projects, including eliciting scope and requirements from key stakeholders, developing and maintaining project artifacts, and facilitating communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Manage a team of project managers and vendors that operate in a project management capacity, particularly focused on time and cost of contractors/vendors assisting with Graton Project Management.
  • Work with the business on vetting and planning the IT project pipeline. Support the business stakeholders in achieving project goals.
  • Track project timelines and key milestones across all projects to ensure IT resource planning necessary to meet project goals.
  • Responsible for executing the project planning process with the internal/external project team and vendors to plan system upgrades, new system implementations, and cyber security initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience with Information Systems.
  • Strong foundation in leadership. Minimum five (5) years' experience managing or supervising other individuals.
  • PMP certification from PMI is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Experience with relevant PC software applications such as Microsoft O/S and MS-Office, Visio, and project management tools.
Physical Requirements:
  • Manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
