We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Estate Planning Coordinator to provide clerical support to our Paralegal and Attorneys.

This person will assist in preparing components of clients' estate plans under the direct supervision of the supervising attorney and paralegal.

They will be deeply rooted in the firm's success and completely trustworthy, working independently to prepare letters and instructions to clients regarding their estate plans, trust administration, or probate matters.

They will have the full support of our team but will perform their duties efficiently, competently, and with great character and work ethic.

They will feel invested and take pride in seeing our firm continue to grow, expand, and succeed, and will feel proud about their contribution.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position, with opportunities for growth within the company as the firm continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting our paralegal and attorneys with data entry in our legal drafting system.
  • Preparing letters and instructions to clients regarding their estate plans, trust administration, or probate matters.
  • Communicating with clients to collect important information.
  • Assisting with preparing legal documents.
  • Active participation in team meetings, systemization efforts, growth efforts, and data tracking.
  • Having a professional, positive, team mentality, and client-focused attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Gsuite.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Compensation:

$21 hourly + bonuses
