Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales consultations primarily for residential clients (with some light commercial work)
- Assess client requirements and propose customized fencing solutions
- Adhere to our established sales process
- Prepare fencing proposals and present options to clients
- Operate independently with minimal oversight, maintaining a flexible schedule while adhering to set appointment times
- Close sales effectively
- Gain expertise in fencing products and materials, collaborating with installers to provide optimal recommendations
- Maintain accurate records, materials, and drawings within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the fencing sector or a related field, with a proven record of achieving or surpassing targets.
- Ability to comprehend and learn about products and materials.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and in collaboration with internal teams.
- Problem-solving skills to suggest practical solutions to clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
