Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Project Manager to join our team at Dassault Falcon Jet. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring schedules, budgets, personnel, and quality, providing business support to the maintenance operation prior to aircraft arrival, and ensuring all customer issues are addressed through collaboration with operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and apply contract requirements and special programs to ensure cost and selling prices are fair, accurate, and provide a reasonable profit to the facility.
  • Drive activities needed to meet commitments and monitor hours applied to the work scope to ensure alignment with proposal.
  • Ensure milestones are achieved to keep the work scope on track and develop recovery plans when the work scope goes off track.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all interfacing departments as necessary to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of the work scope and manage the Crew Chief.
  • Formulate customer feedback and communicate new concepts regarding procedures, facility improvements, processes, and information to ensure customer satisfaction objectives are continually met.
  • Monitor pricing and pricing policies and provide recommendations for program pricing issues and support the administration of warranty claims.
  • Participate in pre-arrival, customer arrival briefing, and departure debrief meetings.
  • Monitor the processing of the aircraft work order to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Document/coordinate work arising from debrief and/or the inspection and maintenance of the aircraft.
  • Greet aircraft upon arrival on respective shift and maintain the single point of contact for the customer on shift.
  • Monitor work in progress and ensure adequate supervision is applied to each work project.
  • Assist departments to ensure the aircraft is returned to the customer on time, on budget, free of discrepancies, and clean.
  • Utilize Siebel to document customer information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years-experience working in corporate aircraft environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and direct projects.
  • Proven ability to organize, manage, and follow up on complex projects.
  • Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, technicians, and customers in a business-like professional manner.
  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent.
  • A & P license preferred.
