Logistics & Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics & Inventory Specialist to join our team at Glass Meadows. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and optimizing fulfillment processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field, preferably in the cannabis industry. They will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity
- Support receiving process by inspecting and verifying deliveries
- Restock fulfillment center and vault room to maintain product availability
- Collaborate with sales team to forecast demand and adjust inventory plans
Fulfillment Operations:
- Lead fulfillment process by ensuring timely and accurate preparation and shipment of customer orders
- Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure alignment with customer demand
- Assist in optimizing workflows to minimize delays
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all inventory, fulfillment, and delivery operations comply with state cannabis regulations
- Maintain accurate records and generate necessary compliance reports
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401K, holidays, and paid time off (PTO). We are an equal employment opportunity employer and welcome applications from qualified individuals.
