Job Title: Phlebotomy Specialist

Job Summary:
At Bayone, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures. You will have direct contact with patients and create an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:
Draw quality blood samples from patients
Prepare specimens for lab testing
Maintain a safe and professional environment
Perform daily activities accurately and on time
Maintain required records and documentation

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred
Minimum of 6 months experience
One year phlebotomy experience preferred
Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred
Keyboard/data entry experience a must

Work Environment:
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Reliable transportation is required
COVID vaccine is required

Additional Information:
Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
