Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Case Manager to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • As a Clinical Case Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating health and social services for individuals and families in need.
  • You will work closely with our care teams to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
  • Your primary goal will be to empower clients to achieve physical and mental wellness through effective planning and advocacy.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in a related field (chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or nursing) or equivalent experience.
  • Full certification as an addictions counselor by a statewide certification body or equivalent.
  • Current licensure in your state as a registered nurse or physician (if applicable).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as sound clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
