Job Description

The Operations team at Publicis Groupe supports all large Global, regional and local market pitches in the areas of pitch logistics and operations, as well as maintaining a self-serve function for markets to run smaller regional and local pitches independently.

The team spans three regions, UK, US and APAC. Core responsibilities will include:

  • Opportunity due diligence and qualification
  • Managing RFI responses and project management
  • Assisting in maintenance and content refresh of our self-serve function
  • Setting up and organizing pitch folders, timing plans and intel documentation
  • Coordinating Request For Information (RFI) responses for important pitches, working with partners and local markets
  • Conducting market and competitor research using industry sources
  • Managing and logging requests from our agency brands across our network
  • Logging and reporting on new business opportunities on Salesforce
  • Managing global logistic plans for pitches
  • Supporting with Transition work streams
  • Identifying and building proposals for new collaboration tools for the Global Business Development Team
  • Working with Growth Intelligence team to manage Salesforce records, provide Salesforce training and support on network requests
  • Supporting the governance and maintenance of our Content Vault
  • Helping with the post-pitch process, ensuring our Business Development leads complete the required documentation to share important insights and resources
  • Building relationships with our Business Development Community and Local Market contacts
  • Working with design team and pitch leads to develop pitch collateral and distribute across markets
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years' experience in the Advertising Industry (Media or Creative) or in an operational role in a different industry sector
  • Well-honed project management skills, to ensure accurate delivery of projects
  • Process-driven and always looking to identify new ways to do things better
  • Easily builds relationships
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Confidence to recommend improvements to processes and ways of working
  • Proficient in Microsoft (TEAMS, PPT, and Excel)
  • Experience using Salesforce
