Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Pipeline Integrity Survey Manager to lead our survey team and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipeline integrity surveying, with expertise in pig tracking, setting of AGMs, dig programs, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives, and company standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of surveyors and support staff, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to ensure efficient project delivery and team development.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project performance and achieve project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular progress reports, status updates, and project documentation to stakeholders, senior management, and regulatory authorities as required.
