Job Overview

We are Encompass Energy Services, a leading company in the field of pipeline integrity survey. We are seeking an experienced and skilled survey project manager to oversee our pipeline integrity survey projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing survey projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of survey projects within the pipeline integrity survey division.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage a team of surveyors and support staff.
  • Have access to tracking crews and allocate resources effectively.
  • Implement and enforce quality control processes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Licensed surveyor preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pipeline integrity surveying.
  • Access to pig tracking crews.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management in a surveying environment.
  • Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This position requires that you are eligible to work in the United States. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
