Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Assist members with equipment use and overall floor management, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain and clean equipment and wellness-related rooms according to schedule or as requested by supervisor/leadership.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the wellness team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations in accordance with facility policies and certification requirements.
  • Professional Development: Complete all job-related meetings and trainings as required, ensuring up-to-date knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Teamwork: Values teamwork and collaboration.
  • Customer Service: Loves serving and helping others.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of basic use and functionality of all wellness floor equipment and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior work/volunteer experience in the fitness industry or customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using email, internet, and other PC-related applications.
  • Cultural Competence: Ability to understand, adapt to, and interact with diverse people, teams, perspectives, and cultures.
