- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of commercial estimating experience, with a strong background in construction estimating and project management.

- Software: Proficient in estimating software, such as Plan Swift and SAGE, and Microsoft Office Suite.
