Project Engineer II

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer II to join our team at UDR Consulting Inc.
Job SummaryThis is a challenging opportunity to work on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects with a focus on mechanical design and integration. As a Project Engineer II, you will be responsible for planning and executing project management assignments worldwide. This role requires sound technical judgment and the ability to evaluate, organize, and execute complex tasks.
About the RoleAs a Project Engineer II, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing basic project engineering functions such as monitoring progress, preparing procedures, documenting communications, and identifying project issues and problems.
- Cordinating efforts of technical disciplines, vendors, and licensors to ensure integrated and complete designs that meet project requirements and contractual obligations.
- Reviewing project staffing requirements and coordinating staffing with supporting functional organization managers and/or subcontractors.
- Supporting creation and coordination of overall project plans and schedules, and monitoring activities, progress, and milestones against the plans.
- Supporting creation and coordination of project effort hours, cost estimates, and budgets, and monitoring progress and cost performance against these.
- Supporting the preparation, delivery, and coordination of project deliverables, design documents, and bid packages.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in an engineering field, with 10 years of work-related experience; a recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required.
- The ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
- Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
- The ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer highly competitive salaries and employee benefit packages structured to best suit your needs. The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location. Our benefits package includes paid time off, medical, dental, life, vision, and disability insurance, and a pre-tax 401(k) retirement account with company matching contributions and 100% vesting for eligible participants beginning day one.
