Position Summary: The Manufacturing Process Technician will oversee the production of Lexmark supply products, transforming raw materials into finished items in accordance with set protocols. Responsibilities include sampling, documentation, and tracking of production output. Flexibility to work weekends may be required based on operational demands. Positions are available across all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with non-rotational schedules.
Experience Levels:

  • Level I: No prior experience required; a readiness to learn manufacturing processes and adhere to safety protocols is essential.
  • Level II: At least 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing, with a preference for familiarity with basic manufacturing techniques. A willingness to learn Lean principles and engage in process improvement is expected.
  • Level III: Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment with a focus on high-quality production processes. Candidates should demonstrate self-direction and involvement in process enhancement initiatives.
  • Level IV (Team Lead): Requires 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with skills in routine and preventative mechanical maintenance, as well as experience in quality control labs.
  • Level V (Technical Lead): A minimum of 10 years in a chemical manufacturing context, with training across multiple areas and a readiness to lead maintenance and process improvement projects.
Education: A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
Compensation: Salary ranges from $19.00 to $28.00, with additional shift differentials applicable (10% for 2nd shift & 12.5% for 3rd shift). Salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

  • Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving equipment.
  • Prepare work areas for subsequent shifts and document shift activities for continuity.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of materials.
  • Engage with corporate communications regularly.
