Skagit Regional Health is seeking an experienced Otolaryngologist to join our thriving practice. With a growing demand for ENT services, this opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and the community we serve.

About the Role

This full-time position comes with a 32 patient contact hour work expectation, weekly blocked OR time, and a 1:6 call rotation shared equally among our providers. Our team of five physicians and one PA provides comprehensive medical and surgical treatment for children and adults.

Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled Otolaryngologist who has:

  • Graduated from an ACGME accredited residency program
  • Board Eligibility or Certification in Otolaryngology
  • 2-3 years of practice experience (new graduates welcome to apply)
  • An active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with a first year guarantee of $485,245. Additional benefits include employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance, malpractice insurance, including tail insurance, fully covered, and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
