Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including a guaranteed first-year salary of $554,603. Additionally, we provide employment bonus, relocation reimbursement, and CME allowance, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.

About the Position

This opportunity allows you to collaborate with a team of experienced physicians and physician assistants, enjoy a 4-day work week, and benefit from a brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic and Endoscopy Suite.

You will have the chance to work in a well-supported environment with access to advanced equipment and a thriving referral network. Our hospital has a Level III Trauma Center, a full range of services, and a cardiac catheterization lab, ensuring you stay at the forefront of medical advancements.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Be a board-certified or eligible gastroenterologist with a graduate degree from an ACGME-accredited fellowship program.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the field, with preference given to candidates with prior experience in a similar setting.
  • Hold an active Washington State medical license or be able to obtain one upon hire.
