Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in advancing and promoting our reputation and position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in donor development, fundraising, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Direction: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate staff to adopt the strategic directions and ensure tactics and strategies are completed to meet the goals and objectives.
  • Management and Oversight: Provide direction and oversight for programs, including financial management and budgeting.
  • Development: Cultivate relationships with major gift donors, community partners, and volunteers to support fundraising efforts.
  • Programming: Oversee the evaluation of program effectiveness and develop innovative programs and services aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals.
  • Human Resources: Lead planning and oversight related to employee benefit programs, recruitment, and staffing.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and proven leadership experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of nonprofit experience, with experience collaborating and working with community partners, fundraising, and resource development.
  • Skills: Strong strategic and analytical mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to build rapport and trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
