Position: Beverage Service Specialist

Department: Food and Beverage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including set-ups and food/beverage service.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs proactively.
  • Maintain availability to serve guests while managing multiple tasks.
  • Ensure continuous cleanliness in the designated service area.
  • Strive to exceed guests' expectations consistently.
  • Manage a cash bank of $300+ daily and oversee cash flow throughout the shift.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for daily guest service efficiently.
  • Conduct regular cleaning tasks, both heavy and light, on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance guest service.
  • Handle daily and weekly inventory ordering.

Working Hours:

  • Primarily day shifts with occasional evening shifts.
  • Shift times may vary.

Candidate Profile:

Experience Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is essential.
  • Strong background in customer service is required.

Educational Background:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
  • Some college education is a plus.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing demeanor.
  • Mature and self-assured attitude.

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational abilities are required.

Supervision:

  • Supervision will be provided.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
  • Ability to take on server responsibilities as needed.
