Key Responsibilities:

  1. Follow Pacifica's Pure Stay protocols to guarantee the health, safety, and comfort of both guests and team members.
  2. Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as per property-specific guidelines.
  3. Exhibit a friendly, positive, and courteous attitude while delivering personalized service to hotel guests.
  4. Effectively communicate with guests and fellow staff members.
  5. Thoroughly clean guest rooms in accordance with company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  6. Complete room cleaning tasks within the timeframes established by management.
  7. Adhere to company policies regarding room amenities.
  8. Promptly report any items left in guest rooms to management.
  9. Ensure the security of the master room key, returning it at the end of each shift.
  10. Report maintenance issues requiring immediate attention.
  11. Assist with laundry duties as needed.
  12. Notify the Executive Housekeeper of any found or missing items, or damages.
  13. Support fellow team members and departments to promote the overall performance of the hotel.
  14. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
