Job Summary

As a Sales Associate - Brand Ambassador at PVH Corp., you will play a key role in creating an emotional connection between our customers and the Calvin Klein brand. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Greet and assist customers, focusing on customer engagement and suggestive selling to drive sales and conversion.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Calvin Klein products and promotions to help explain value and build brand loyalty.
  • Efficiency and Organization: Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
  • Associate Morale: Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers, treating customers and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
Requirements
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits

PVH Corp. offers a competitive base salary range of $18.00, as well as a market-competitive total rewards package, including diverse and robust health and insurance benefits, and an above-market 401(k) contribution.
