Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales and renewals, as well as retail and concession sales. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate genuine connections with members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including membership sales and renewals, retail, and concession sales.
  • Work closely with the Fitness Team to ensure seamless operations and achieve studio goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on sales strategies and techniques.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High-level customer service skills and a strong sales background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Functional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Flexibility to work daytime, evening, holiday, and/or weekend hours as needed.
