Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at VF Corporation. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as assigned.
• Achieve sales goals by selling products, processing transactions, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services.
• Work collaboratively with the Store Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.

Benefits:

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process. Please note, our hiring ranges are determined and built from market pay data. Although all positions have a hiring range based upon market data, this position has a minimum starting rate that is listed above.
