Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Commercial Real Estate team to complete a variety of tasks
- Assist with file organization and periodic administrative tasks
- Participate in internal and external meetings with colleagues and customers
- Perform research and analysis on commercial real estate market conditions
- Work with Portfolio Managers to achieve a comprehensive understanding of CRE underwriting
- Current Sophomore or Junior with demonstrated interest in Real Estate/Commercial Real Estate
- Pursuing a degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organization and data management skills
- Superb communication skills
Professional office setting. Position may require long periods of time working at a computer. Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information.
