ABA Therapist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct, one-on-one therapy with children in their homes.
• Collect and record data on the progress and abilities of the clients.
• Assist in the analysis and adaptation of treatment plans to ensure they are as effective as possible.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Requirements:

• Current RBT certification.
• Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience preferred but not required.
• Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area.
