Job Description

This position involves implementing KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements in a way that meets the unique needs of each child. You will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn, while also partnering with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the center's success by working with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively. You must also possess an active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements. Additionally, you must meet state specific guidelines for the role and be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
