Job Title:
VoIP Systems Engineer

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

We are in search of a proficient VoIP Systems Engineer with substantial expertise in Cisco call management and network operations. This position is crucial in ensuring our communication framework adapts to the evolving requirements of the organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in supporting Cisco Call Manager.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing and supporting IP Phones, Cisco Unity, and voicemail systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in network operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco switches and routers for over 3 years.

Preferred Certifications:
CCNP Collaboration or equivalent.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. System and Design Implementation: Develop and deploy VoIP solutions tailored to the unique communication requirements of the organization, ensuring both reliability and scalability.

2. Network Management: Seamlessly integrate VoIP systems with the overall network infrastructure, facilitating smooth communication across various departments and locations.

3. System Maintenance and Support: Deliver ongoing maintenance and support for VoIP systems, including troubleshooting, applying patches and updates, and conducting regular system audits to guarantee optimal performance.

4. User Support and Training: Provide assistance to staff and faculty regarding any VoIP system-related issues, offering training and guidance as necessary to ensure efficient operation.

5. Security and Compliance: Ensure VoIP systems adhere to security policies and relevant regulatory standards, maintaining the highest levels of data protection and system integrity.
