**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct psychopharmacological services to clients
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations using established formats and submit written documentation within 2 business days
* Evaluate and follow up on clients' psychopharmacological status, completing documentation within 2 business days of appointments
* Participate in activities to maintain and enhance the quality of Behavioral Health department programs and services
* Collaborate in the development of departmental medical policies and protocols
* Attend and actively participate in psychiatry team meetings
* Develop treatment plans for clients in coordination with the team
* Represent Fenway's Psychiatric Services to the external community
* Facilitate relationships with hospitals and provide telephone consultations as needed
* Participate in the education of interns, resident physicians, and medical students
* Maintain professional competence necessary to perform job responsibilities
**Requirements:**
* Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry
* Current Massachusetts license
* Active CPR Certification
* Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time
* Proficiency in psychiatric assessment/evaluation
* Experience working effectively with diverse staff and populations
* Demonstrated understanding of intersectional impacts of oppression
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be an effective team member
* Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multitask
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bilingual in Spanish/English
* Lived and/or professional experience with BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+ issues, HIV, and trauma
**Physical Requirements:**
* Ability to meet physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations
